I am not going to argue wether the dlc is good or not by the way, I like it, and that is all I care about :DĪlso, Nuka world is the last dlc, so there, you can be happy about that. If you dont like the dlcs, you dont need to buy them, its that simple. EIther you bought the season pass, which is a downright dumb thing to do in most cases, or you bought the dlc loose, which doesnt seem like the case since you dont like the workshop dlcs. Now you said you hoped that this was the last workshop dlc, but that is really just a stupid thing to say.
Just submit a bug report, and hope that bethesda fixes it. Which means at the very least, that the problems you are experiencing, are not in fact present for every other user. Not saying others dont have it, just saying I didnt. I havent had a SINGLE issue with the vault tec dlc.
